Just because you are wanting to watch what you eat doesn't mean it can’t taste good. Here is another recipe of mine from my Weight-Watcher friendly collection for blueberry cobbler as fresh blueberries are easy to come by right not, inexpensively. After you try this let me and the other readers what you thought.

Ingredients
- (1) 4 serving package of sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
- (1) 4oz package of sugar free orange Jell-o
- 1 cup Water
- 3 ¾ cup Blueberries ($0.50 off Driscoll's Blueberries)
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- ¼ cup Splenda of Truvia ($0.75 off 1 Truvia)($1 off 1 Truvia, RP 6/12/2011)($1 to $3.50 off Splenda )
- 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup light margarine
- ¼ cup unsweetened Orange Juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Spray 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick spray
In a medium saucepan combine pudding, jell-o and water
Add blueberries
Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil, stirring often being careful not to crush the berries
Spoon hot mixture into baking dish
In a medium bowl, combine flour, Splenda/Truvia, baking powder and salt
Add margarine and orange juice
Using a fork, mix gently to form a dough
Drop dough by Tablespoonfuls to form 6 mounds on warm blueberry mixture
Lightly spray top with butter flavor spray
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuit tops are golden brown
Serves 6 (4 points per serving)
